this is the story of the corruption of kings.
many years ago a king lost the ability to shit.
worried that he may become furious, his advisors captured an elephant and declared him "the royal elephant".
every day, the elephant would do his business in the toilet,
and the advisors would take his 'business' and weigh them.

in case they had weighed 3 pounds of shit, they would declare "we have acquired 3 pounds of shit". then they would take the newly acquired material, and they would place it in the kings bathroom.
