Well I just got a message from PaintChips my inbox. Unfortuality, MstrG thinks it's national security to post it here, so I'll just breif you as to what he said:

First he came off as if he was "warning me" He said he "understand that you're trying to be irritating" and told me to be careful about violating the Terms Of Service. Okay fine. KThxBi.

But then he continued by complained about me changing my birthdate... (Like who cares?)

So what if it's Lee's birthday? Who gives a fuck? Think about it. I'm Lee- I do shit like that, it's expected of me. What difference does it make whether it's my birthday or not?

Point #1
Threads get topped all the time. When I first got banned is was because I topped about 20 old threads with "Fuck You", and I got what I deserved. But late at night, when the main page is dead- It gets pretty boring. Naturally, one will do one of 2 things: Start a new thread or browse the old ones. Thus, a thread get's topped. He said I was flooding the forum by topping old threads with "" Which is complete bullshit because I havn't topped any old threads with ""-just new ones. And people top threads with "Shut up" and "Idiot." all the time.

Yea, sure dude. 95 % of all threads posted here are pointless. Who are you to judge mine? But I guess everybody slides except Lee.

Then he claimed that I was bulk PMing people. As far as I knew I only sent out a total of 20 PM's from this account. What happened was that I probaby PM'd the wrong user. Such user, then whined to an admin.

Last But Least: He complained about my avatar... WFT? That one- I have no clue... He said I'd be banned again if I continue, but for now, I'm on PROBATION.

Normally I'd rail you for posting PMs without permission (another offense), but I kind of figured you might.

As far as the probation thing goes, don't forget that you've already been banned from this site before. We could have just as well never let you start posting again. The fact that you were given a second chance doesn't mean you have some inaliable right to keep posting here despite violating our TOS and getting banned. Obviously, we don't have some sort of official probation status, but again, you've been banned before, so believe me when I say you're going to get a lot less leeway than some of the other people on this site. As far as I'm concerned, after Ban #1, you lost any "right" you have to be here. That you're here still is only a function of our good graces, and frankly, I'll put whatever the hell qualifications I want on that. Don't like it? Blow.

You can't just bulk PM everybody, you don't have permission to fuck with the general site (as with the birthday thing, and I've warned a currently active user about that a time or two), and it certainly doesn't mean you can top 10 threads in an hour with "pop". Whine all you want about "stile this" and "FAQ that", I've heard it all before. You lost any rights as a user you may have had the first time you got yourself banned.

I don't mind that you're a troll, or a moron, or childish, or whatever. I'm fine with ignoring you or baiting you depending on my mood. Trolls don't bother me. It does bother me when you start trying to push the envelope with our TOS to see how much you can get away with. The answer here is: not much.

Frankly, you're lucky I stepped up and even warned you. There are more than a few that would just want to see you banned outright.

But, I gave you the warning, and I stand by it. Keep changing the birthday field, keep mass PMing people, and keep flooding, and I'll be more than happy to ban you. Try to martyr yourself all you like. You certainly won't be any great loss to me.
