I got approved for my 1st choice of the apartments I was looking into!

Crime in that neighbourhood, according to police website, is non-existent. Bang.
2 balconies, OR 1 balcony and an extended master bedroom(which I chose and reserved), washer/dryer, dishwasher, HUGE window the size of 2 french doors in the master bedroom.
Big ass kitchen with pantry, breakfast bar, and way more cabinets than I'll ever need, bigger and much nicer coloured bathroom, still get my big closets in the bedrooms, and closer to work.
Upstairs, so I no longer have to be paranoid about that creepy peeping tom guy I had problems with a while back.
Private entrances. Quiet, wooded neighbourhood, with cute little wooden bridges going through the area.
Clubhouse, pool, and other crap I'll never use.

I'm jealous!

There's so much bloody space in America. It's great! It's SO claustrophobic in London, and way too expensive. Apparently in order to live a decent life and be able to afford a decent house here, you have to be earning in excess of £50K a year. Sucks huh.

I'd kill for a dishwasher!!

i refuse to get an apartment that doesnt have one

washing dishes is worse than scrubbing toilets to me.
even now, I have a dishwasher; but I make my roommate do all dish related stuff(turning it on, removing them, putting them away). In return, I am the one that always cleans the bathroom.

and you should move here, then.
Apartment prices seem to have steadied off some around here, too.
dishwashers tend to be standard.
All signs say "slappy, move to the US".
