Post THE TRUTH BEHIND THE ADMINS!!!!!

First off this is an anarchy post.

Now that thats out of the way.
It has recently come to my attention that the admins and some mods used to be in a sitcom from the seventies.

Here my friends I will reveal the truth behind their huge scheme.

It all started at a little place we like to call James Buchanan High.

Exhibit A: A cast photo tho it does not contain all the members it does contain the main players.

We have here the main admins in their heyday on the show welcome back kotter or should we say MstrG.

Exhibit B:Here is a list of the cast members and who they really are in the asylum.

Freddie 'Boom Boom' Washington: Is PaintCHiPs

Gabe Kotter: Is MstrG

Juan Epstein: Is Dingle

Vinnie Barbarino: Is Wonderaz

Arnold Horshack: Is J E B Stuart

And not pictured are the following.

Rosalie 'Hotsy' Totzi: Is Joeycat

Vice Principal Woodman: Is Pangloss

Verna Jean: Is Missphinx

Coach Caruso: Is Top

Ok the proof is all here.
If you need more you should check out www.kotter.com

Long live the Barbarino.

Also wonderaz in real life is a dead ringer for vinnie and has been heard to say "Hey, my hair is really wierd dis morning."

"Weird" that is classic V.B.

I believe he was just voicing black unity with his sistah, namely me.
We were the two token black actors.
Though perhaps not *token* considering the racial mixture of the cast.
We were, or rather *are*, black, however.

And we both survived working with John Travolta. Boy, are there stories...

Did you see that awful movie he put out recently? The L. Ron Hubbard science fiction disaster? Well, the "secret" is, that's what he's really like in real life.

Of course you realize the average age and varied nationalities of the reading audience leaves them with probably no real recollection of the sweathogs.

That might be seen as a good thing if you think about it...

Now let's be fair.

EVERYBODY knows the sweathogs.

That show blew the proverbial goat.

I *loved* "Welcome Back Kotter" when I was 10 or so. Then it went off the air and I never saw it again. Until....

Two weeks ago. Sunday afternoon, I'm flipping channels and THERE it is! The first episode no less. Was it Nickelodeon? They play four episodes back-to-back. I watch them all. And they SUCK!!! Every single minute redefines suckdom!

One of those many times when my childhood memories didn't quite live up to my adult re-experiences. Sort of like the haunted house at the Boardwalk. Cool/terrifying once upon a time. Dumb and predictable now.

The eeevil Anti-Sweathog, "Bo," lives in my town and runs some summer theatre stuff with Johnny T's (Wonderaz's?) sister Ellen. He's a painter, now. I think his name is Stephen Shortridge.

You know even if you hated the show it does not matter. The point is that the asylum is run by the old cast members.

Wonderaz told me this morning that he was really upset that I told the truth about this highly sensitive subject. And that he had to hold MstrG in his arms all night because he was crying his eyes out apparently the show holds some bad memories for the former Gabe Kotter.

To my shame, I must admit that I own a vinyl album of Gabe Kaplan's stand-up routine. I can't remember the title off hand, but it's called something like "Popsicles and Donut Holes." Something really, really hep like that.
