John and Allen, Dave and Al

John Rocker was villified for making anti- New York/gay/immigrant comments in an off-the-cuff interview, and Allen Iverson, who wrote down, memorized, rehearsed and then recorded similar comments has virtually been allowed to skate.

Al Gore has held meetings with and pretty much cozied up to Al Sharpton during the Democratic primaries in order to beat Bradley. Al Sharpton has advocated the killing of the police and has repeatedly come to the defense of murderers and rapists because they were black. He is a hate-mongerer and a racist. If George Bush Sr. met with David Duke (former leader of the KKK and candidate for Gov. of Louisiana in 1992) in '92 to help in his re-election do you think that there would have been any outrage?

Is there a double standard in America?
