Guns versus Doctors

A. There are about 700,000 physicians in the US
B. Accidental deaths caused by physicians is about 120,000
C. Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171 (US Dept of health and Human Services statistic)


On the Other hand:
A. The number of gun owners in the US is 80,000,000
B. The number of accidental gun deaths per gun owner approx .0000188

Statistically doctors are approximately 9000 times more dangerous than gun owners.

NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOCTOR.

We have to stop this before it gets out of hand. Please alert your friends to this alarming threat. We must ban doctors. We are also contacting Congress to request funds to study the accidental death rate caused by lawyers and dentists.

A lot of women physicians specialize in gynecology also L-F. Do you see an evil perversion in that fact? Doctors of both sexes tend to specialize in gynecology because the female reproductive apparatus is vastly more complex than the male and more frequently gets out of whack--hence the need for doctors in that area.

Believe me it gets old and tends to deteriorate your home life after a while. I am not a doctor but worked in a hospital as an X-ray tech for a short while when going to the University and you can get too much of a good thing.
