Weasel Spoor in New York

So finally I get to see the 'Big Apple' after visiting the US 30 times and only getting as close the mother of all cities as Newark airport's transfer lounge (and dear god, don't tell me that's the best of it).

So any advice what I should do with a week in New York (apart from sponge off Smug for 72 hours by sleeping on his floor and eating all his food of course) is much appreciated. '

If I can make it there, I can make it anywhere. Even Des Moines. Prolly.

Boston eh? Could be tempted, but I really want to give New York a going over. Have offered Smug the opportunity to crash out on my hotel floor one night, so conceivably a huge bender in NY one evening is a possibility.
