What part of Japan are you in? I have a friend that just got to Tokyo 2 days ago at Midnight your time. She pretty much just went over there alone and I thought maybe if you were cool enough and close enough you could show her the town. Kind of like Lost in Translation. But, I'm worried that you might eat her thigh muscles or bite her clitorous off or something. This is an awkward request.

I'm a fine host but a bit out of her neck of the woods. I live an hour south of Nagoya, which is about 90 minutes give or take from Tokyo. I work in Osaka, which is about 2 hours from Osaka, all by bullet train.

If I was near, I'd be happy to help out. If she is travelling to Kyoto or Osaka, I could probably find a way to meet up with her. Japan is smallish, but it isn't a small country. Basically she is in L.A. and I'm in San Francisco.
