There is always one more imbecile than you counted on.

My site was down so I called my hosting service and they said that some fucknut wiped one of their remote servers clean (some 2000 urls or something). Incredible. I have most of mine backed up, but jesus. There have to be some fucking REALLY pissed off people out there. Mine's just for kicks. For a whole lot of people it is business and $$$.

Needless to say, tech support is more than a tad frazzled.

I treat everyone as though they are a potential imbecile, but there is always that one dunce, who you are trying to make feel better about themselves by treating them like less of an imbecile, that succumbs to their idiocy and becomes the unexpected dolt.
