Well if you hate seeing stuff like that then why are you pro choice? That is just one of the few lovely methods that they use to slaughter unborn children. I know people don't like to hear this shit, but i suppose thats exactly why this sort of thing is allowed to happen. I mean gotta' love that shot that they give to the mother that causes the child to burn to death inside of her, or the vaccuum that they stick into the womb and suck the baby out limb by limb with, i mean if you fuck up and are stupid enough to go without protecting yourself with an effective means of birth control i don't think the child should have to pay for it. and yeah i'm going to catch hell for this and probably get banned but whatever, freedom of speech and this is something that i feel very strongly about, i should at least be allowed to state my opinion.

This is one forum where nobody will get banned for their opinion, fetus. Don't worry about that.
I don't think being pro-choice necessarily implies *wanting* to see things like that picture, which is indeed sickening. It's perfectly possible to be saddened by the loss of the fetus's life, and sickened by graphic pictures of the body, while still believing that the mother's choice takes precedence over the life of the fetus. It's similar to a person being horrified by pictures reflecting the brutality of war, while still believing that a particular war is justified; one can hate the consequences, but conclude that overall the greater good is served.
One might be wrong to do so, of course, but I don't think it is logically inconsistent.

I read an interesting article this week. The author postulates that one big reason why the crime rate has gotten lower in the last thirty years is because we've aborted a large portion of the most recent generation of criminals. I thought that was a novel way to look at it, and could be accurate.
