Wow, killing innocent people is OK as long as it's "collateral damage" but shooting some dude who was shooting at you, until he got wounded, is not.
My opinion is this, if you are still there you fall into one of two groups, you are either friend or foe. Friends are your fellow troops and foes are everyone else, the "everyone else" category is fair game and can be shot.
