I've buried my share of pets. It's always harder than you think it will be. Pets add a lot to your life and losing them can be just as bad as losing a human family member. Hell, I've cried harder for a couple dogs than I did for a couple of relatives.

I have a lot of time for cats. I'm sorry for your loss.

My last cat is unfortunately on her way out... she has rotting teeth (which will be removed next week), she has mild hyperthyroidism and has lost a lot of weight recently. Hopefully sorting out her teeth will help a lot, but she is about 15 years old, which is a good age for a small longhaired cat like her.
