Maybe this is his attempt to get some emotional outpouring from Mods. You all can be so cold and distant, you forget to attend to each member's needs individually. Sometimes, we have to do things we wouldn't do otherwise to get someone, anyone, to focus on our problems.
Personally, I think its just an Icelandic thing. Look how adorably insane the females are, exemplified by Bjork. The males have to be some shade of mentally cluster fucked to willingly propagate their kind.
Crudely photoshopping children into sexual situations is probably an every day occurrence for these Viking rejects, and never thought twice about on that twisted little island.
Maybe, just maybe, Hawley is trying to teach us all a little thing called cultural differences.
