Anybody catch their press conference?

I was not the least bit interested in the case, except for it being a nuisance in my news watching. I don't know a thing about it.

So, they found him guilty and today sentenced him to die. Don't care.

What was interesting though was that three of the jury members decided to talk to the press afterwards in the form of a Q & A session. It lasted about an hour and a half, and it was one of the most interesting things I think I've ever seen live on television. A terrific advertisement for the jury system, it was just a real eye-opening look inside the jury room and the process of how people cope with being locked away for six months and having to decide a man's life. The hour and a half press conference beat 12 Angry Men or any other court drama movie Hollywood's ever produced. It was awesome.

Anybody else catch it?

I've always been fascinated by the judicial system, so yeah, I watched the entire thing as well and feel pretty much the same way. The foreman especially impressed me. I'd hit it.

he's the best lookin murderer on tv in a while, however. maybe he thought he could wing it on his looks. ?

The divorce comment was warrented. It would've been so much easier for Scott to just divorce Lacy and go on with life the way he sees fit. I'm just putting in my two sense here, but the way I see it, he wanted the ultimate domination...ridding himself of her...forever! Selfish bastage! To think that he really thought in his twisted mind that he was going to get away with it scott free (no puns intended). Damn!

let's have a big argument about the death penalty. at least Lacy didn't have an abortion before he killed her, or Scott would be scot free and Lacy would have gotten the death penalty.
