British Gitmo Priosners to be Released...

home and free in a few weeks. 3 years inside and carrying confessions that are worthless in British courts. These last 4 are apparently realluy serious terrorists with high up connections to bin Laden.

The question I have is, if that is true then why release them in to British custody when it's well known that they will be released without charge?
