Can't see the president taking on more foreign adventures, particularly ones unconnected with Islamist terrorism, assuming you are referring to Condaleeza Rice's comments. Myanmar/Burma is an evil oppressive shithole by all accounts, and Zimbabwe certainly is. Don't know much about Belarus, myself.

I think that if the humanrightsy rhetoric of Bush and Blair on Iraq had been genuine, rather than initally icing on the invasion cake and latterly the whole of the cake itself (since the WMD issue didn't turn out so well), then serious action against those countries would be merited by the same rationale, but I don't think that Bush really has any ambition to actually try to break the shackles of tyrrany abroad. The diplomatic route is probably, I think, the one that will be pursued, and it'll probably work eventually.
