OK, I know you all have been worried sick over my lessened presence in here. I understand your concern and want the worrying to stop.
I have been very busy.
My property has been in escrow and I'm in the process of closing the deal. THis next week will finish that. I found a no point/no fee 95% loan at 6.5%, 3 year balloon with a 2 year extension option.
The perc test went well, the test score was 7 (range 0-60, 5-12 is excellent).
Tomorrow morning I go out and meet with one of the owners and we will work out a deal on a mutual pumphouse easement thingy.
I'm back in the clay studio but am not making any large hideous fish. I would not expect toever find another idiot to buy one.

It's a 3 acre parcel. No house, no vineyard. It will have a house and olive trees but not yet.
Of course I do need for it to STOP FUCKING RAINING!!! Which it is currently doing right now.
