I, being a Canuck, have already celebrated Thanksgiving. Actually, 'grated my teeth over relatives on' is probably a better verb than 'celebrated'.

The Pilgrims had a feast to thank the indians for giving them food & showing them how to survive the winter, and they were kind enough to envite the indians along (and they they took their land and to them to get the fuk out )

But that's a myth. Didnt happen. One of the Presidents started it to help boost the country's morale after WW1 (I think it was that war, I could be wrong). the date coinsides with what was once an american vet holiday.

If I remember my history correctly that is...

it's something like that.
