I had that same thought that day. That I was stressed out cause maybe my heart fucking stopped or some shit. But I relaxed and things got better.

Update: Saw the doc. The nurse was so fucking hot...she came close and...never mind.
Anyway,Doc checked my ears. My left ear is heavily inflamed. It hurt for like a day but thought nothing of it. My ear infection was cause for my dizzyness. The pulse thing's a mystery;probably didn't check right.
I'm still gonna be more careful,though.

Holy fucking shit. This thread is two years old.
Fucking doctors should have tested me then.
Two years ago I would have never thought I was gonna do this good.
I'm down 30 pounds now,and not craving a smoke at all. In fact,the smell makes me sick.
I'm leaving food on my plate (this is a HUGE deal) and I'm improving at theraphy.
Treadmill 2.5 MPH for 20 minutes,bike at 65 RPM's for 15 minutes,pressure rising only a little but still very safe.
Tomorrow I hope my doc let's me drive again.
I want to go fishing!
