Cart walkers.

These are the people that can't go anywhere without the shopping cart. Instead of parking it nicely on the side of the aisle while they read the label or compare the pricing between regular Cheetos and Puffs, they have to leave it in the middle of the aisle. Because at 6 pm on a Friday, they're the only one in the store.
