I don't know the answer to your question, TT, nor do I care much. See, as a teenager and into my 20's, I seldom felt cold. I attended class many times in the dead of winter in cut-offs, hurache sandals, and a t-shirt.. With snow on the ground outside. No big deal, I wasn't cold.
If I was going to be in a cold environment for a period longer than a half hour or so, I dressed for it. Short period? No need.
