I just think people do their own bad things weather the laws are strict or not.
You became a victim here cause others fucked up and killed somebody.
Now like everyone has to pay.
It's like car insurance.
It goes up and up cause there's idiot drivers that kill...
It's unfair.

the law here is also unconstitutional because even before youre proven guilty, before court the night of the incident you have to serve jail time and your license is suspended for a week...I mean I wasnt even driving when they caught me, I was walking down the street and everyone at the scene told the cops I wasnt driving. My court hearing wasnt till a month or so after the incident. they get away with it because as part "of the privilege" of driving on their streets you agree to give up some of your rights. Its an agreement you make when you get a driver’s license in this state.
