Very Funny

I have been to more than a few of those "New Age Street Fairs" and there is story at every booth that compels, captivates, or makes me wary.

The only problem I have with dismissing events such as you describe is that some of the people there (vendors and browsers) have had genuine actual "Powerful or Healing" experiences from a rock, feather, crystal, etc and I've seen some pretty strange things in my life so I usually listen and sometimes buy a mystical rock for good measure.

Depends on the type......I believe "Igneous Rocks" are the oldest ones. they were melted in the interior of the earth and then reformed back in to rocks and made their way back to the surface.

Can you imagine how hot it would have to be to melt rock!

They have "art fairs" in the Twin Cities all the time when the weather is warm. Thankfully, the weather is very cold for most of the year. At every stinkin one of these things there is some guy who looks vaguely Native American accompanied by a woman, and they are playing those fucking pan flutes and recorders and selling CDs of their music. They even turn up at the goddamned farmer's market on weekends to annoy the fuck out of me there.

I like the bongo players by comparison.

Rocks are sometimes interesting or attractive. Beyond that, I'll pass.
