"We treated him as if he were hazardous material," Hebert said.

Moody, owner of the Windsor Convenience Store, was freed on $250 bail.

He will appear in the Northern Carroll County District Court in North Conway at 8:30 a.m. on July 19 to answer to the charge.

Hebert said Moody could face more charges.

As a condition of his bail, Moody cannot go within 100 yards of U.S. Forest Service property.

Representatives of the U.S. Forest Service assisted in the case; Conway firefighters helped decontaminate Moody.

Nobody could squeeze in there thru the little potty hole.
All those potties have an entrance door on the side for retrieving trash the vaccume couldn't pick up. I've seen those potty people go in there like that once.
What should be done is lock the entrance door then get a garden hose.
Attach it to that pump thinnie that's in all those parks that say non drinkable and shit.
Then he would drown.
That would be so cool.
