Pets anyone?
What kind of pet (if any) do people have around here?
We have 2 persian cats that are 10 yrs old now and we're getting a bullmastiff pup come late August. The mom had a whopping 15 puppies!!! Here is their pic
One of these guys will be our pup soon.

We are down to two goldfish and one algae eater. I hope my roomies find someone who will take them while we are away on vacation. I'd like to get a different kind of fish.
I want to get Sammy an irish setter if we move down here and get a house with plenty of acreage. I plan on getting a few horses too.

Wasn't reading closely and thought those were supposed to be persian cats, and I sat there thinking "no matter how I look at it, those look more like dogs."
I'm not thinking very clearly today.

2 Cats, a gerbil and a crayfish.
T, horses? Are you independently wealthy all of a sudden? It costs more to take care of them than it does kids.

JoeyCat is right. However, at least horses are useful.

What, she's gonna be a cow girl, lassooing doagies on the range?
Horses are the second dumbest, and singularly most useless, domestic animals in modern north america.

My point exactly. If only teenagers would aspire to be horses, the improvement would be monumental.

I have the cutest mutt in the world: My son's name is Zinc Macgyver Baggorox Sledge, and he is a 1/2 pug, 1/4boxer, 1/4 pitbull terrier. Sledge and I adopted Zinc from the Plano, Texas pound a year and a half ago. Zinc is a very smart dog, but he is also stubborn and clumsy. He is the most playful dog I've ever seen, which means he's always up for a game of fetch or tug-of-war. He's definitely a mama's boy, and follows me around like a shadow. He knows how to sit and lay, and knows commands "time for bed", "hungry", "go get in your house", "where's your toy? go get your toy", and "home". He's very protective of me, and will attack (growling, barking, snapping) anything that harms me. He's my babydog, and my little fucktart.
I also have a daughter. Her name is Meatloaf, she is a registered boston terrier, and perhaps the ugliest boston terrier in history. She was the runt of the litter and weighs 7lbs, half that of the average boston terrier. Meatloaf was originally named Harley, and belonged to my sister and brother-in-law. They left her outside (year round) on five feet of tether, for five long years. My sister never went outside or interacted with her besides throwing food and water out. They finally told me they were just going to have her put to sleep because she was barking constantly and the neighbors were complaining (note: since taking her in I have heard Meatloaf bark exactly one time....at Zinc). When she came to live with us she had a skin condition and was underweight. We renamed her because she didn't even respond to Harley. Meatloaf seemed fitting because she just "loafs" around, and she's ugly like meatloaf. Meatloaf is definitely a people dog, and her favorite spot is upon someone's lap. She's also a ferocious bitch, and can win a tug-of-war contest against Zinc (who weighs 30lbs). Meatloaf is a finicky eater, and will only eat wet food, or anything on my plate. Meatloaf is the dog all of my friends want to steal. She's my little cuddlebug, and looks exactly like Yoda, minus being green.
My kids are spoiled rotten. They stay in the house if we're here, in the backyard if we're out--a backyard with their very own pool, house, couch, and veranda. They both have designer collars and clothing, and pretty much run the household.

My sweetie plans on buying a ranch down here next year, just scoping out the area right now. I've helped with horses but never owned them, hopefully we can get a ranch hand too.
Joey.
I did get a large chunk of change awhile back and have had help investing it, which is turning out pretty good. I don't have to work if I don't want but I like working with the construction crew and doing photography. I do have a book deal in the early stages, so I'm hoping that works out.

That's some pretty cool shit right there ^. I can't wait to get our dog. I think we've decided on a name, perhaps Kane.
This is what his parents look like:
Killian - The Dad
Rhea - The Mamma
