Just a state away. It's been all over the news here in Utah since the disappearance. This man should have never been out on the street. And what could he have possibly done to that little boy to make it so the coroner had to identify him just a month after the disappearance?

Montana isn't exactly desert. Been pretty mellow weather there, too. Not too wet and not really hot. I'm no expert on decomposition but it seems to me he would have had to alter the body in some way to make it unidentifiable.

The kid was missing for seven weeks in warm weather in a wilderness campground, right? Birds, bugs, scavengers, bacteria, mold. They said "remains found at the campsite have to be identified", which suggests to me that he killed the boy early on and left him in a shallow grave or something and natural decomposition has made it so they have to match records and stuff for a positive ID, not that he kept him alive for seven weeks and horribly mutilated him that whole time so tht he's got a big hole where his face should be or something. None of the reports I've read have given any indication of that whatsoever. Leave a pound of hamburger outside your campsite for a week sometime, see what it looks like.
Not that it matters either way, really.

Guess it was longer than I thought. Was thinking less than a month. Pretty damned awful for that little girl. How does one rebound from something like this. The emotional (and physical) scars have got to be tremendous.

That "neighbor girl" is pretty fucked-up, too.

This is why we should just put kiddy fiddlers down after their first conviction.

it's amazing how he didn't consider himself to be dangerous and even complained about the police check ups on this ground.

He apparantly didn't read it the first time, so why bother?
Unless the clause "Birds, bugs, scavengers, bacteria, mold" is important enough to attribute in its own right. Which it isn't. But lest there be any doubt, you pointed it out to Cruise first.

The word around CDA is that the crazy fuck accidentally shot Dyllon injurying him but not fatally. Because he couldn't take him to the hospital for care he had to kill him. The body was buried, I have heard that it was somewhat burnt as well, but I have no sources to back that up, just hearsay
