Congrats on the success and recognition, 4b. It is always the busiest/hardest working in any office that everyone turns to with all the little tasks (and large ones) that hold a business together.

As I've said before, I believe in giving props when earned. My personal opinion of the idividual receiving them is immaterial. Besides, you are hardly the worst I've ever known/seen.

I have found in my personal experiences that the smartest person in the room might not actually be. Sometimes a good dose of natural ability, character and courage to try diiferent things can go further than a diploma from any University. Some of the best business people I've seen have no formal education while some of the worst have framed diplomas hanging from their cubicles.

on my very short break I got this morning I sat to change out my webcam pic cause its been the same for a while.

I get the cam started up and the phone rings. record, here is a slide show of sorts:

history: my clients are buying a house from this owner agent, who bought this one as a "fixer upper" didnt know what he was doing and the VA appraisal had a few conditions.
