quote: ...I know there is no knight for me, no communion, no true love no magical connection to be made no person like that exists for me, ive figured that for a loong time, surely and if they did I’m old and damaged now and above all else my children take priority,...
4b, no sarcasm, no jabs.
So long as you see yourself as "old and damaged", there can be no room inside for you to accomodate any "knight". I don't know you, and I know Splat even less, but I do know how people work, reasonably well.
We are, or become, what we tell ourselves we are. Age need not damage; it can instead add a fine patina and increase the value.
You cannot change anyone but yourself, and that change will not be postive if what you tell yourself is not. Conscious, deliberate change of your own internal dialogue is not easy, nor is it a magical fix for anything. It takes a lot of effort, which I am quite certain you can apply. It will, in the end, repay the effort many-fold.
Good luck.
