i smoked one (1) cigarette today after having a great dinner. i just had the craving and couldn't resist so i asked the waiter if he'd sell me one cigarette and since he didn't smoke he got me one from their cook. and yes, it tasted fucking great. i stopped smoking in june. i'm not too worried about starting again either.

i am that guy that smoked two packs a day. on the weekend i'd go to parties and smoke 3 packs at the party. my lungs would hurt the next day. i used to say "yeah, don't wanna die healthy" and "something is going to kill me anyway" but the truth is life is much better when my lungs don't hurt and i can taste my food and i can dance again for hours straight without feeling like my chest is going to explode.
mind you, cigarettes still taste great to me and i'd like to smoke if i could do it in moderation. i'm sure i'll be tempted again so i guess we'll just see what happens eh.
