All pages were found in violation of the the current W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

This website is probably unlawful in Britain from the 1st October 2004. The British Disability Discrimination Act makes it unlawful to discriminate against a disabled person by refusing to provide any service provided to members of the public - including websites.

World Wide Web Consortium. They're the folks who write all the standards on www technologies, like HTML, XML, etc. There's a standard for writing websites that will integrate with various handicapped accessbility applications. Things like rendering the content of a site out loud with a text-to-voice translator or making links accessible to people who can't work a mouse.
