At least he got his work out there, his talent was noticed, and he was paid for his efforts. He didnt shop the work, they found him and Shaun Morgan personally liked the artwork and set things in motion. They didnt just pick artwork for the cover. Avondale's artwork is used in virtually every image throughout the CD front and back, and the inside covers and the pages of the sleeve. Unchanged in any way by the record company's art people. His was that fucking good that it needed no color correction or balancing.
I don't believe any other posters here had their artwork on record shelves around the world this year.
Avondale, damn fine work.
