last time i got a white tailed doe that wsa so big the butcher thought she was a mulie. i had her made into steaks and burger.

I'm done hunting for the deer season. I have sausage and ground in.
I dont hunt turkey, as it's way too much work for so little meat. So, I suppose in late spring I'll go get back on the hogs.

I do have a match this weekend though, so I'll be busy enough. It's a 600 yard match. Iron sights, prone, no bipods or bags, just a sling. Good times.

We always just hung it on the windmill, and Dad would butcher it before we left the lease. We had to carry the heads back with us though, so the wardens could check the tags.
