That's cool. I wouldn't mind seeing it, but I've yet to make it to a single movie since I got to LA, though I did see the Harry Potter movie while I was in Charlotte. It'll probably still be playing when I go home, so I'll just see it there.
I just watched the '88 version for nostalgic reasons. The witch is also the best in that one.
I guess it's important to remember that the stories were written for pretty small children. But personally I am getting really tired of the good vs. evil line of fiction, and I don't think it's an especially good or relevant mythology to teach kids. But I probably think too much.
It's a tough war we're in. It's not going to be over right away. There's going to be other wars. I'm sorry to tell you, there's going to be other wars. We will never surrender but there will be other wars. And right now - we're gonna have a lot of PTSD to treat, my friends.
