Why does it matter if I know something are not? I just know that she was trying to protect her daughter. Laurie is a kind, generous, and loving person. She only wants good things for the people she loves.
She tried to help me once get away from a guy who was abusing me. She only wants the best for her family.

Well the main thing I was curious about was how you knew about the abuse, since the article didn't mention it. In fact the article said about fucking nothing. Now that you've mentioned the woman in question is your aunt, it's obvious you DO have an inside track, and a chance to give us the sort of information you never get from press releases anyways. So if you're not put off by the fact that I'm an asshole, want to share the full story, or at least more than the nothing we got from the article?

I think you should be careful in labeling Dave as an abuser without knowing all or any of the facts. I know both Dave and Malousek and he never abused or threatened to abuse her child. In fact - Laurie had told Dave the girl was his!

Laurie is a liar - sorry to say that about your aunt - but she's lied to and about Dave for as long as I've known her. If she was truly trying to protect her child - why did she wait from Wednesday to Friday, leave her house at 2 in the morning with her children sleeping, dress in camoflauge, take a rifle to Dave's house, go in the unlocked door and WAKE HIM UP in order to shoot him? That is premeditation - not self defense.

I knew Dave, too. Yes we all thought he was a nice guy. But look at the world all around us. Sometimes people who seem to nice really aren't nice people at all. They could be murders, drug addicts, abusers of some type, YOU JUST NEVER KNOW!! I'm sorry did you know my aunt's little girl? Laurie NEVER told Dave that she was his daughter. Bernie is her father. My aunt never liked Dave in that sense. He was the disillusioned person who wanted more than he got!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I should have been checking this out.

Laurie had already leveled charges of molestation at Dave in the past. They were proven to be patently false.

Also, leading up to Dave's murder she was asking us how to sell cattle. Laurie, to my knowledge, does not own cattle. Dave does.

The charges against Dave weren't proven false. The DA and everybody didn't believe her. They said things like he wouldn't do that. We've known him all his life. He's a church going man. That is a bunch of shit. The police weren't all that helpful. It was a crock of shit.
Why would a little girl make up a lie like that? The hosiptal are the ones that said thiings weren't right done there. So what is the hosiptal lying now, too?
If you had children wouldn't you do everything to make sure they were safe? Especially if they police weren't trying to help you protect your kids!!!
