What do I need?

- two webcams (check)
- cable internet connection (enough?)
- some sort of software (open source?)

Do I have everything covered there? I want streaming video as opposed to "refreshed every 20 seconds".

( Difficult one to Google safely from work, as it goes)

msn messenger allows it, but not for macs. I think that yahoo chat and AIM probably allow it for macs.

You'll presumably be wanting sound, too? In which case, you'd need mics. And speakers. Not to mention ears.
