Preferably running on php. Anyone know of one?

Want some idiot to be able to load in a list of email address, choose a template, then send off a bulk email, with maybe the chance to see some stats about who responds, and who unsubscribes.

Mailman would probably do the trick, but me not know Linux.

Easy Email (heh) does enough for what I need, but isn't web based, so I end up doing all the work myself.
