The Conservative Party have had a line against it; not sure whether that's changed. Elements of the Labour party are against it, too. Which is why, coupled with public antipathy towards the idea, is why it's not happened (or, at least, why the UK isn't involved in it).
UK Independence Party are founded on being against it. Whatever efforts the BNP might make to portray themselves as an anti-euro party, I can't believe that many people are fooled. It might comprise another reason for certain sorts of people to support them, but I can't see them becoming a national power (although they can do well where there is simmering discontent at the ground level, as they are skilled at playing on the fears of morons).
