it wont open

hi every1 i need som1s help my philips dvd rewriter wont bloody open iv tried going into my computer and clickin eject but it still wont open.its really peein me off.i havnt got a clue what site to go on or who to call.if any1 nos what 2 do please let me no.

mayB U hav 2 press da button on da frunt cause it got no conexshun 2 da system processes, is it a PC R a MAC, i no MACS can open da driv wivout U havin 2 do anyfing but sumtimez PC werk difrentz

I'm feeling helpful.

If all else fails, unbend a paperclip and stick it in the tiny little hole on the front of the drive. See the attached picture for what you should be looking for. It's not always in the same place, though. It should pop the drive open just a little, and you can pull it out the rest of the way.

But be careful. Don't break your computer or electrocute yourself. Maybe you should just make friends with a computer geek.

And really, learn to type.
