In the last week three women have been "killed" and at least partially devoured by alligators in Florida. This is the mating season for alligators and the males are naturally aggressive in defending their territory.

What if a serial killer/rapist was well versed in alligator behavior during this season and, after doing his deed to these poor unsuspecting women, used the alligators to cover his tracks?

Would a coroner be involved, forensics? Would signs of a human assault even be looked for? OR are we dealing with what may be the perfect crime?

the perfect crime is one where no one realizes anything has happened. so rape and murder are pretty much out.

This happened on that episode "Nip Tuck." They fucked up and killed this chick with the Heroin tits then they just fed her to the crocs.
It would depend on the victim if anyone would be involved.
