Payment System Project
My name is Artur Frolov, i am manager and owner of Noo Web Systems (Noo
Inc.), i have visited the web site of Your company today, and i have
one thought now, you can be those person whom be interesting of
my proposition of cooperation for financial&investment portal
developing. Noo Web System is payment and
