The reason it doesn't work is because all you have is the image name inside the image tags e.g img]img007.jpg[/img]

If the picture is hosted on a website, you need to put the entire address of the picture location between the tags img]http://asylumnation.com/pics/PicofmyhairyAss.jpg[/img] or, if the pic is on your machine, and it is smaller than 150k (you can check by right-clicking on it and going to properties), you can host it on site by going to 'New Reply' then at the bottom of the 'Your Reply' window, you should see an attach file section. Browse to the picture on your computer and upload.

There some restrictions as to what you can host on site, as the host provider doesn't like any porn on there that isn't his. If you want to host porn a) Make sure it is good and b) host it at a different website (www.imageshack.us as an example, though I don't think they like the porn either) and link it with the first method.

Goatboy, thanks for explaining to me, but i told you i was thick.
The picture i'm trying to post is on My Pictures folder , it is 5.45kB
on Paint Shop Pro X.

Ikeep getting this response: You have attempted to upload an invalid type of attachment. The valid extensions for attachments are: gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg tif tiff gzip tar .

when i try to take it off the camera photo album directly, i get nothing when i right click, only a blue picture

I'm not to sure how to upload. I know it is most probably simple, but so am i apparently.
