Sedona on fire

We have a fire out of control on the other side of town. Apparently there are quite a few homes burned already and more expected to go.
I'm watching from the back porch and it looks enormous.

We are also, once again at 'tinderbox' status, once again the deadfall is dryer than kiln dried lumber. Naaa, where I am currently is up on a hill overlooking west Sedona. Not near the fire but can see the smoke plume quite well. If it gets here, the whole town is gone.
The property is 16 miles from the fire and safe.
One thing I have for the property is a 10,000 gallon water tank for irrigation AND fire.

Thanks. They are still burning but it's up a lot of wilderness canyons and not around any houses atm.
I just spoke to a buddy with the FD and he said it was a miracle that dozens more homes didn't burn

3-4 years ago?

So it was started from sparks by a fence repair company who was grinding on a fencepost. Hell yeah, let's do hotwork in an arid enviroment with no fire supression equipment. Like what could go wrong?
