...hairs growing out of the skin which is the same as a gorilla.
I find that comforting in a way.

Maybe its because our hair is short and their hair is long and black. Gives the illusion of being hairier.

i've got hair covering almost everypart of my body, luckily a few places you can't really see the hair or i would look like a gorilla. a skinny white gorilla, with black hair.

i would think that most people are almost completely covered with hair too, just little fine hairs that you can't see.

Sirus and Buddha are both right, the gorilla's hair is much thicker than ours as a whole.
Most of human hair is very fine and short, almost invisible and with the notable exception of our palms and soles is found over our whole skin.

BTW, the largest human organ et al, is the skin, by weight and volume.

Lips are technically part of the skin.
Dingle doesn't have lips in the true sense of the term, he has an upper sphincter.

Thats an interesting peice of information.

I have very little visible body hair--family trait, no eyebrows, very little hair on my arms....

being a natural blonde probably contributes to that too...

Personally, one of the worst sensations I've ever imagined a person having would be if every hair on your body was plucked out simultaniously. OUCH!!

Don't know where I got that one, I think it was off a old episode of "Cheers."

Painful, but brief. How about having each of your body hairs plucked sequentially, once per second? That may not hurt quite as bad, but it would be a lasting torture.
