My favorite "super hero" was the Punisher. I grew up reading Don Pendleton's "The Executuioner" series and they were the basis for Frank Castle, the Punisher. The movies made on the comic disappointed me to no end but the second one was far and away the better of the two.
When it came to villians I liked the "U-FOES." They originally appeared in the Hulk comics and their origin issue was always one of my favorites. A close second to them was Magneto but I got bored with the X-Men early on and he seemed to always appear in their comics. After him would have had to been either the Beyonder from Secret Wars or Galactus.
Another comic series I loved was the 8 issue set from about '88 or so called "Fallen Angels." The whole comic was about a group of young mutant misfits that didn't really know if they were good guys or bad.
One of the best comics ever, She-Hulk #40. I mean come on, you had the She-Hulk jumping rope naked for the first 7 pages. What teenager wouldn't like that?
The worst super hero of all time was without a doubt Gambit. Goddamn I hated that guy! He was worse than Speedball any day and that is a hard feat to accomplish.
