FOLIC acid is the key to a good pregnancy, and smart healthy kid
make her eat LOTS of spinach and raw fruits and veggies
also have her take a folic acid supplement
fuck the regular prenatal vitamins, i think they just make you sick. FOLIC ACID
and fast food.
both my kids were almost nine pounds.
i know what im talkin about!

Congratulations!

Some advice. If she goes over time and starts getting impatient. DON'T let her drink castor oil!

My wife did. She woke me up at 2 am. Julia was born 2:50 am. In the hall, standing on all 4 like a cave woman on an old matress. Our son Samuel (then 2½) saw the whole thing. The ambulance arrived about 10 minutes later. *phew*
