Organophoshpates

Organophoshpates are a family of insecticides that have all but been banned by the federal government, however, a few are still leagal including malathion and dimethoate but diazinon isn't. I don't use malathion much (it's good for mosquitos in the larval stage as you can apply it in water and it degrades rather quickly) and diazinon you could put on just about anything with no harm to plants and I kinda like the smell of it but because it's outlawed I have to use dimethoate. Dimethoate, when applyed to some plants will make the leaves drop thus stunting the tree or shrub (carbaryl does a similar thing to apple and pear trees, it makes the fruit drop) and generaly pisses off your client and then then they'll no longer be your client (not good for buiseness) and further more, dimethoate smells like a sack full of assholes. I blame that tree hugging candy ass Al Gore. He helped draft legislation to ban my beloved organophosphates. I'd much rather see dimethoate banned instead of diazinon. My life would be easier and I wouldn't smell like road kill after work.

I lobby with every one at the asylum to write their congress people to free diazinon from the shackles of enviornmentalist pussy legislation and give them dimethoate in trade.

The "all but been" statement has never made sense to me. I read it as they have not been banned. Yet, you follow with a statement that some are still legal.
