An afternoon shoot

Just some pics of me and my cousin Gus busting some caps into an unarmed mountain side.

Weapons of choice




Gus with a .357


Gus with my CETME


Me with my CETME


Here I am getting all taxi driver with a .40 on the left and a .45 on the right


Hell yeah! I want to do that again!


Not to be outdone, Gus has to take a shot at double fisting the pistols (pun intended). .40 and a .357.


I had to give his .357 a day in court.



Yessir, nothing like an afternoon of shooting to make one feel just right.

looks like fun 'crika.

However, take note that in the 4th pic, the one of you firing the rifle from the hip, your literally shooting up the entire mountainside. Look close for the two impact puffs of dust. That spread sucks for anything less than shooting to keep someone's head down. There has to be at least 10'+ of climb between the two shots.

So no more firing from the hip Rambo style. Other than that, I wish I'd been there with my SKS.

I wasn't aiming at anything, I just like the joy I feel from blowing $12 worth of ammo as fast as I can pull the trigger. Any fool will tell you hip shooting an assualt rifle is just cover fire.
