I think the first alternative shown on the BBC is way better and some of the others are also very good in comparison. The one like a London street sign and the tube map are clever.

Seb Coe reckons it speaks to London's youth. More like pukes on them. Why didn't they organise a competition to create logos and then put them to a public vote. Right now public opinion of the Olympics is already low and participation lower.
