I'm fuckin pissed off, just ignore the following rantings...

The only drawback to falling in love with someone is putting up with their idiot fucking relatives.
Deanna's brother is a goof. Now, having spent time in jail, as well as growing up on the streets from Vancouver to T.O for more than 10 years of my life, "goof" is not a term I throw around lightly. Anyone who cringes at the term "goof" knows what I mean, so I ain't gonna explain....

As a kid, Deanna was beated physically by her brother Micheal. The other day, Deanna and Micheal got into a fight over the phone, and she hung up on him. She then insisted we turn out the lights and hide in the dark, she was so convinced that he was on his way over to beat the shit out of her. Like that would've happened.
Anyways, after Deanna miscarried in August she quit her job as an elemantary school teacher, she just couldn't handle being surrounded by kids.
She managed to land a really great job at St. John's music here in Saskatoon, and works 6 days a week, then teaches private music lessons afterwards, then goes to the local mall to work a 4 hour shift hawking Christmas goodies from a cart. She works her ass off, and does a good fucking job.
Here's the point of my angst:

Awhile ago, Deanna bought an '82 Cordoba. The thing is a peice of shit, it needs alot of work. Now Micheal you see is a mechanic, and Deanna has paid him literally, thousands of dollars since last April to make repairs on it. She paid him in advance so he could buy the parts required to fix the damn thing. Guess what? He drank the money and hasn't fixed a fuckin thing. So here it is, December, the car sits in the back, dead. It's 40 below, and she has to take the bus at 5 in the morning, just to get to work on the other end of town. From home, she waks the 6 or so blocks to the mall, and walks home at 11 at night, crashes hard, and gets up and does it all over again, all week.
Add to all this, the fact that she's now pregnant, and he doesn't care. The fucked up thing is, he's doing this to her because he doesn't like me.... So he's punishing her for something that's between goofball and me.

It's fucked up.

And to top it all off, her other two brothers Mark and Gerard, they (With Micheals help) took her dad for all he was worth, they cleaned out his bank accounts, Mark and Gerard bought really nice houses in other towns, and Micheal lives (at the age of 40 mind you) with his Dad where he pays no rent, and takes a big chunk of Deanna's dad's pension money from him. The man survives on less than $400 CDN a month.

Fuck. I hate him. I want him to get killed by a bus. This would make me happy. Exstatic even.

The reason I'm so pissed, is that this asshole is slowly destroying Deanna, and she's too blind to see it. ("He's my brother, I can't do anything") I'm sick of seeing Deanna cry all the time because of this fucking LOSER.

He makes $3000 a month as a mechanic, yet can never afford to pay his ex 100 bucks for child support. Fuck. Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck.

Anyways, I'm just pissed and need a place to rant. I'm done....

Because anyone else can see that she needs to cut him out of her life COMPLETELY.

It's just sad you know?

It's like abused wives. They take shit and keep taking it, and somehow convince themselves that leaving the dude would make them (the wife) bad, for ditching on a "poor man who's had a rough life, and just needs someone to love him".. I saw the same shit in my own family, and it makes me wanna puke.

You know, when I have my son/daughter, that kid is going to grow up with some pretty fuckin awesome parents. You know why? Cuz we're not gonna do any of the things that our 'rents did!
I look at Micheal, and I know what a father SHOULDN'T be.... That pretty much narrows it down...

All the people that played a hand in my upbringing pretty much showed me the best way to be a good parent - don't do it like they did.

People I've met who I knew from the net weren't very different than I thought they'd be.

But then people with false net personas aren't probably people I'd be drawn close enough to to want to meet. I think it's pretty easy to tell who's being honest and open and who isn't.

Sigh. That's a bad situation, Anth3m. Family. Do what you can, and I hope things improve, somehow.

When I lived in Florida, I knew this guy who had a sister that use to get her ass kicked by her boy friend. He was too small to do anything violent so he made up fliers saying how much of an asshole his sister's boyfriend was. Then he paid some skaters that always jammed in a parking lot near his apt to go hang them up on light/telephone posts near where he worked and the bar he hung out in. He didn’t mention his sisters name on the flier, he just said,” Brian ******" hits women and a few other comments on how he was a pussy for doing so. He said the guy never even confronted his sister about it. Just broke up with her. I guess he had a few other women on the side and wasn’t sure who had done it.
Just thought I’d share.
I thought it was creative.

I once got revenge on a chick who swiped a shitload of my stuff by putting fiberglass in all her maxi-pads, and a bit of "Neet" hair removal cream in her shampoo bottle....

...so why are you getting revenge again? i know that you're in love, and when you see someone you love getting hurt, you feel the need to protect them. but...it seems as if she's put herself in this position. you said that you've tried many times to get her out of it, but she refuses. she makes it worse by giving him money and relying on him. what do you think she'd do if she ever found out that you were plotting against him, her own brother?

i know how hard it is to turn a deaf ear to a loved one, but this is something she has to work out for herself. you could just be hurting her worse by taking matters in your own hands.
