I bought the house I currently live in as an estate clearance. The couple that lived here before me (he was 53, she was 26) were involved in a car accident in which she was critically injured. A couple days after the accident, while she was still in a coma, he had a heart attack here at the house and died. She died three weeks later in the hospital, having never awoken. They left behind two children, 6 and 4.
Nothing unusual ever happens here. No flying candlesticks, no unexplained creeking of floorboards, not even a levitating ottoman. Ever. Eerie, isn't it?
ya, the old man that lived here and built most of this house died in our dining room. None of that shit ever happens either, and this house has a very good feeling to it. I do think about him a lot, and wonder what he was like.
